Parenting Plan
In a divorce proceeding, if the divorcing couple has minor children they must devise a ”Parenting Plan”. Parenting plans are documents created to cover the relationship between parties relating to decisions concerning minor children and time spent with each child. These include plans for the child’s primary residence, health care, education, social, and emotional well-being.
However, if the parties are unable to agree to a Parenting Plan, the Court will make the ultimate decision. Fort Myers divorce attorney Karla Y. Campos-Andersen is ready to discuss your options with you.
